By using this website or appointing MBA-Modisakeng Business Advisory to perform work, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site or our services.
Scope of services
We provide business advisory support, including registration and formalisation, regulatory and compliance assistance, company profiles, corporate branding and digital business solutions. Each engagement is confirmed in writing with the agreed scope, fee and timeline before work begins.
Client responsibilities
- Supply accurate, complete and current information and documents
- Respond to requests for information within a reasonable time
- Sign and return documents required for submissions
- Settle fees in line with the agreed payment terms
Delays caused by outstanding information or documents may affect timelines and outcomes.
Fees and payment
Fees are quoted per engagement. Statutory and third-party fees, such as CIPC filing fees, are payable in addition unless the quotation states otherwise. Unless agreed differently, work begins once the agreed deposit or full fee is received. Fees paid for work already performed are not refundable.
Turnaround and third parties
Many outcomes depend on external bodies such as CIPC, SARS, the CSD, verification agencies and sector regulators. We prepare and submit applications diligently, but we cannot guarantee processing times, approval or the outcome of any application, tender or registration decided by a third party.
Advisory limits
Our work is business advisory support. It is not legal, audit, tax or financial-services advice within the meaning of the applicable professional legislation. Where a matter requires a registered attorney, auditor or licensed financial adviser, we will say so and you should obtain that advice separately.
Intellectual property
Website content, layout, code and branding on this site belong to MBA-Modisakeng Business Advisory. Deliverables such as company profiles and websites become the client's property once the engagement has been paid in full. Tools, templates and working methods remain ours.
Confidentiality
Client information is treated as confidential and is disclosed only where required to perform the service or where the law requires it. Our handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability arising from any engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit, tenders or business opportunity.
Cancellation
Either party may end an engagement in writing. Work completed and third-party costs already incurred up to the cancellation date remain payable.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
