Company Registration (PTY Ltd) is R475. Beneficial Ownership filing is R350. If you also need a B-BBEE certificate, CSD registration and compliance setup, our all-inclusive sector packages start from R1,000.

Timelines depend mainly on CIPC processing and on how quickly we receive your documents. Once we have everything we need, we submit promptly and keep you updated until the registration is complete.

We check and reserve your company name, prepare and submit the registration with CIPC, and send you your registration documents once the company is registered. We will also explain the next steps, such as BO filing, tax and B-BBEE.

Beneficial Ownership (BO) filing is the declaration to CIPC of the people who ultimately own or control a company. Companies are required to keep this information up to date on the CIPC register.

An outstanding BO filing can affect your company's standing with CIPC and may cause delays when you apply for other services or tenders. Filing it correctly keeps your company records in order.

Yes. CIPC Annual Returns are R250. Keeping annual returns up to date helps protect your company from being deregistered.

Yes. We can add, remove or update directors with CIPC. A Director Amendment is R250.

Yes. A Company Name Change is R250. We check that the new name is available and submit the change to CIPC.

Yes. We prepare a Memorandum of Incorporation (MOI) for R350. The MOI sets out the rules that govern your company.

Yes. A B-BBEE Certificate at EME level is R350. A B-BBEE certificate is often requested by corporate buyers and government departments.

A B-BBEE affidavit is a sworn statement that qualifying small businesses can use to confirm their B-BBEE status. We prepare it for R200 and will advise whether it applies to your business.

EME stands for Exempted Micro Enterprise. It refers to smaller businesses that fall below a set annual turnover threshold. We will look at your business and advise which document is appropriate.

Yes. CSD Registration is R350. We register your business on the Central Supplier Database and help make sure the profile is complete.

The Central Supplier Database (CSD) is National Treasury's database of businesses that want to supply goods or services to government. Registration is usually needed before you can do business with government departments.

Yes. We help you put the registrations, certificates and documents in place that tenders commonly require, and we offer a Tender Readiness Audit. We cannot guarantee that a tender will be awarded.

For R750, we review your company documents, tax status, B-BBEE, CSD profile and sector registrations, then tell you what is missing or needs attention before you submit tenders.

Yes. CIDB Registration is R800. CIDB registration is relevant to construction businesses, and we will advise on the grading that suits your business.

Yes. A SARS Compliance Check is R150. We check your tax status and explain what needs to be done to get or stay compliant.

Yes. We assist with Tax Compliance Status (TCS) PIN applications for R250. SARS will only issue the PIN if your tax affairs are in order.

Yes. VAT Registration is R900. Whether you must or may register depends on your turnover and circumstances, and we will advise you on this.

Yes. PAYE Registration is R450. PAYE applies when you employ staff, and we will confirm whether it applies to you.

Yes. UIF Registration is R250. Employers are generally required to register their employees for UIF.

We offer Bookkeeping Records Preparation for R500, which helps you organise your business records so they are ready for tax and compliance purposes.

MBA Advisory is not presented as a registered tax practitioner. We assist with SARS registrations and compliance, and we facilitate referral to a registered SAIT practitioner for tax submissions.

We refer you to a registered SAIT practitioner for submissions. The referral is included at no extra charge from MBA Advisory.

Yes. A Business Profile or Company Profile is R450.

A company profile typically covers your background, services, capabilities, compliance documents, contact details and the value you offer. It is designed to be sent to clients, corporate buyers and tender evaluators.

Yes. A Business Proposal is R500. We prepare a clear proposal tailored to the client or opportunity you are pursuing.

Yes. Business Plans start from R1,200. The final price depends on the size and detail of the plan you need.

Yes. Company Secretarial Services are R350. We help keep your company records and CIPC filings in order.

Yes. Google Business Profile Setup is free. It helps customers find your business on Google Search and Google Maps.

Yes. Professional Email and Domain Setup is R350, so your business can use an address such as info@yourbusiness.co.za.

Yes. Full Website Development starts from R2,000, depending on the number of pages and features you need.

Yes. Social Media Management for 30 days is R500.

Yes. A Booking Website Setup is R1,500, which suits salons, events businesses and other appointment-based services.
